A note on returns
Because our products are designed and produced in small batches, all sales are final. We don't offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing concerns, or colour preferences. So we'd gently encourage you to read through the product description and dimensions before placing your order. (And if something's unclear, just ask β we're happy to help before you buy.)
Quality Assurance (Defective Items Only)
We guarantee that our products are free of manufacturing defects upon arrival. If your item is damaged during shipping or contains a verifiable manufacturing defect, we will correct the issue immediately.
β¦ Reporting: You must notify us of any defect or damage within 7 days of delivery.
β¦ Process: Please email our support team at hello@kidico.in with your Order Number and clear photo evidence of the defect.
β¦ Resolution: Upon verification, we will promptly ship a replacement of the same item at no cost to you. Refunds are only issued if a replacement is unavailable.
