Return and Exchange policy

At Kidico, every product is a labour of love, designed and crafted for durability and focused, imaginative play. Our dedication to quality and unique product design guides our policy on returns and exchanges.

A note on returns

Because our products are designed and produced in small batches, all sales are final. We don't offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing concerns, or colour preferences. So we'd gently encourage you to read through the product description and dimensions before placing your order. (And if something's unclear, just ask β€” we're happy to help before you buy.)

A note on Cash on Delivery Orders

Certain Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require a partial advance payment to confirm the order. Where applicable, this will be clearly communicated during checkout before you complete your purchase.

The advance payment helps us reserve inventory and prepare your order with care. If the order is cancelled after dispatch, refused at the time of delivery, or not accepted for reasons other than a product defect or an error on our part, this advance payment will not be refundable.

If we're unable to fulfil your order, or if your product arrives with a verified manufacturing defect and a replacement isn't available, we'll refund the advance payment in full.

Quality Assurance (Defective Items Only)

We guarantee that our products are free of manufacturing defects upon arrival. If your item is damaged during shipping or contains a verifiable manufacturing defect, we will correct the issue immediately.

⦁ Reporting: You must notify us of any defect or damage within 7 days of delivery.
⦁ Process: Please email our support team at hello@kidico.in with your Order Number and clear photo evidence of the defect.
⦁ Resolution: Upon verification, we will promptly ship a replacement of the same item at no cost to you. Refunds are only issued if a replacement is unavailable.
